Creating a Sunroom in a New-Build Property in Wells

The customer had downsized to this new-build property but they felt that there was a space missing in their new home.

We were consulted to help find a solution prior to architects drawings being prepared in order to find out what was feasible in the limited space available. It was important to the customer that the extension looked in-keeping with the house.

We carefully selected matches for all stone, brick and roofing materials, to tie the house to the existing property. The addition of a curved patio area in front of the bi-fold doors really tied together home and garden.

The addition of this sunroom to the back of the house gave them a light and airy space, well-connected to the garden. Perfect for entertaining on a summers day or curling up on the sofa in the rain, and looked like it had always been a part of the original house.
