Loft Hatch Fitting or Enlargement
Loft Hatch fitting or enlargement: Often the existing loft hatch is too small or cumbersome to use to easily store away boxes and the like, so it needs to be enlarged to make sure it can be used safely use whilst standing on a ladder and carrying a box.
Loft Boarding and Loft Storage
Loft Boarding: We fit loft boards to any age property, however, we will check that it is structurally sound to do so before we do. If it is not we can advise and provide an alternative solution.

Loft Insulation
Loft Insulation: Adding loft insulation up to 270mm is recommended as the best way to keep your home warm. LoftZone’s system raises the loft boarding above this level so the insulation’s not squashed and air can circulate. This means that the insulation is working to its optimum potential
Loft Lighting
Loft Lighting and Electrics: Our in-house electrical team can fit any loft lighting that you require, moving switches and wiring so it’s not covered by extra insulation, and providing electrical work sign-off.
